You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of providing our enhancement services.

The AI technology, algorithms, software, and all other intellectual property used in our service remain the exclusive property of AI Picture Enhancer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Our service operates on a credit-based system or subscription model. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the services selected. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with or without notice.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately. Unused credits or subscription time are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
